💰 Pricing & Payments

How much does your service cost?

Our weekly cleanup for 1 dog is $60/month. This includes one visit per week. Additional dogs or extra visits are available for an added fee.

Is the $60 fee per dog or per visit?

No—it’s $60 per month for the full service (not per visit). This includes one visit per week for one dog.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards, checks, and cash. You can also set up automatic billing for convenience.

Is there a startup or first-time fee?

Yes, a one-time startup fee is due during your first visit. This covers additional cleanup time for the initial service.

🧼 Service Details

What does each cleanup visit include?

Each visit includes full yard cleanup, double-bagging of all waste, and disposal in your property’s bin unless you pay for off-site removal. We also send a photo of the closed gate when we finish.

How often do you clean?

Our standard service is once a week. Additional visits can be arranged for an extra fee.

Do you clean with disinfectant?

Yes, we offer a once-a-month disinfectant treatment as an optional add-on.

📅 Scheduling & Communication

Do I need to be home during service?

No, you do not need to be home. We just need access to your yard. We’ll text you 10 minutes before we arrive and send a picture when we’re done.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes! Just contact us before your scheduled day. There’s no long-term contract—you can pause or cancel anytime.

🐶 Pets & Safety

What if my dog is aggressive?

For the safety of our team, we don’t work with aggressive dogs. If your dog is protective or territorial, please secure them indoors or in a separate area during our visit.

How do you keep things sanitary?

Our scoopers are fully lined with bags to avoid direct contact with the ground, and we wear shoe covers during service.

🚛 Waste Disposal

What do you do with the poop?

By default, we dispose of the waste in your property’s bin. If you'd prefer off-site disposal, we offer that as a paid upgrade.
