Pricing & Payments

How much does your service cost?

  • 1 dog: $70/month (includes one visit per week)
  • 2 dogs: $75/month (includes one visit per week)
  • 3 dogs: $80/month (includes one visit per week)

Do you charge a startup fee?
Yes. A one-time startup fee is charged during the first visit. The fee is based on the amount of waste in the yard at that time. However, the fee may be waived if the waste level is normal and does not require extra time for cleanup.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time removal services are available. Prices are quoted upon arrival to the property, with a minimum charge of $50.

Do you offer yard deodorizing?
Yes. Yard deodorizer treatment is available as an add-on service (must be added to regular poop-scooping service):

  • Weekly (4 to 5 sprays/month): $50
  • Biweekly (2 to 3 sprays/month): $30
  • One-Time Spray: $20

Service Details

What does each cleanup visit include?
Each visit includes scooping and bagging visible pet waste, disposal in your property’s bin (unless haul-away is arranged for an extra fee), securing gates as found, and disinfecting all boots and tools after service. Yard deodorizing is available as an add-on.

Our scoopers never touch the ground — we fully line each scooper with plastic bags to keep everything sanitary. All boots are also covered with fresh disposable shoe covers during each visit.

How often do you clean?
We offer cleaning on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. You can choose the plan that works best for your yard and pets.

Do you clean with disinfectant?
Yes. We disinfect all tools and boots after each visit. Yard deodorizer can be added for extra freshness.

Do you take a picture of the gate?
Yes. For your peace of mind, we always take a picture of your closed gate before leaving so you know your yard is secure after each visit.

Scheduling & Communication

Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. We’ll text you 10–15 minutes before arrival and secure your gate when we leave.

How do I start service?
We recommend calling before making a purchase to confirm appointment availability. Once payment is made, we will contact you (or you may call us) to schedule your initial appointment.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You may cancel at any time — there is no long-term contract. Just give us notice before your scheduled day. If unsafe weather or holidays prevent service, we will reschedule to the nearest available day and notify you.

Do you guarantee exact arrival times?
No. While we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, we follow a regular route schedule and, for the most part, arrive at the same hour or close to it on each service day. We always send a message 10–15 minutes before arrival so you know when to expect us.

Pets & Safety

What if my dog is aggressive?
For the safety of our team, we don’t work with aggressive dogs. Please secure pets indoors or in a separate area during service.

How do you keep things sanitary?
We double-bag waste, disinfect all tools and boots, and wear protective gear during each visit. Our scoopers never touch the ground because they are fully lined with plastic, and our boots are always covered with fresh disposable shoe covers every time we service a yard.

Waste Disposal

Where does the waste go?
By default, waste is double-bagged and placed in your outdoor bin. If you prefer off-site disposal, we offer haul-away for an additional fee.

Service Area

Where do you offer service?
Dog Dog Poop has proudly served El Paso, Horizon City, and surrounding areas since 2017.
